Since I began competing in swimming at age 13, I have embraced the importance of self-awareness, pushing limits, optimism, and humility. This philosophy applies equally to businesses, whether start-ups or established multinationals.

With a BSc in Computer Science and Telecom Engineering from the University of Valladolid and an MBA from IESE Business School, I found my passion in technology and team collaboration. My career spans diverse sectors and cultures, always tied to technology as a value driver.

I am passionate about transformation, from modernizing infrastructure to enhancing existing systems for exponential growth. My goal is to reduce traditional costs to reinvest in accelerating product development and effectively compete by delivering what clients need. Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of companies, including start-ups, public enterprises, and those owned by private equity funds.

Key to my success is continuous learning and educating businesses about technology and its possibilities. I believe in executing change by involving the company’s humans… it is them who know the business and its clients well but need guidance on increasing agility and productivity. As Ian Livingston, CEO at BT, once said: “Leaders make change happen.”
