Running marathons in environments as extreme as Antarctica has taught me that the limit of performance is not physical, but mental. This inexhaustible resilience and a deep curiosity to understand complex systems have been the driving force behind my international career of more than 25 years. My journey began with a solid technical foundation in software engineering, which allowed me to evolve quickly from technical roles into leadership of large organizations. Just like in a long-distance race, I have learned that success in technology requires a clear vision, meticulous preparation, and the ability to maintain pace under pressure—values I have carried with me from Barcelona to London, Geneva, and Paris.

That strategic determination has been key to leading large-scale technological transformations in highly demanding sectors. In organizations such as Allianz Technology, I built an eCommerce delivery center from scratch, managing distributed teams and applying agile methodologies at scale (SAFe) to reduce delivery cycles. As VP of Engineering at Wefox and later as CTO at Holaluz, I took on the challenge of steering organizations of more than 120 engineers in regulated environments, optimizing operational and financial efficiency.

Today, my curiosity has led me into a new stage as a strategic advisor at Revamp, helping to connect technology with business strategy in a seamless way.

I understand leadership not only as managing systems, but as developing people; therefore, I foster cultures of feedback and high performance, convinced that creating a positive and sustainable impact is the most rewarding goal. Just as in my sporting challenges, I continue to explore new technological frontiers, ready to turn any demanding environment into an opportunity for growth and innovation.
