Since the beginning of my professional career, I have dedicated my efforts to supporting organizations through digital, operational, and cultural transformation processes. With over 15 years of leading initiatives in multinational environments, I have seen that technology only creates real impact when it is connected to strategic objectives and activated from within the business.

My career began in consulting, where I had the opportunity to work with companies across multiple sectors, driving process optimization, organizational redesign, and change management. This experience allowed me to understand firsthand the importance of aligning people, processes, and technology to generate sustainable results.

After this stage, I took on leadership responsibilities at Páginas Amarillas (now BeeDIGITAL), where I managed global IT transformation, outsourcing, and operational efficiency programs, achieving significant cost reductions and more scalable operating models.

Over the years, I have found that major changes materialize when organizations develop their own capabilities in leadership, measurement, and disciplined execution.
