Since finishing my studies in Computer Science I have dedicated myself to helping companies take advantage of the capabilities of technology to achieve their objectives. Over time, it became clear to me that our work is a mix of art and science, and although there is no single formula, there are necessary conditions to be met for success.

After working in the consulting field, I joined Generali, where I was leading the integration with a number of acquired insurance companies, as part of a strategy to strengthen our positioning in the Spanish market. During this period, I was able to observe first-hand the importance of culture in important change processes.

While still focused on technology, I decided to expand my studies to the areas of business and change management, completing an MBA and several courses at the main business schools in the world. My next project was with CESCE, where in addition to leading technology, I was responsible for the operations and organization areas.

In this role, I led the transformation of the company’s operating model into a globally integrated company, improving operational excellence and scalability of the organization.

In the more than 20 years I have been leading transformation projects and in my last experience as Executive Advisor at Gartner, I have been able to confirm that important changes occur only when they are made from inside the organization. This is exactly what I am passionate about: helping organizations develop continuous learning and change leadership capabilities so they can innovate continuously and systematically to differentiate themselves.
